Porsche Holding Salzburg has signalled a stepped‑up push across Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), reporting record group results for 2025 and rolling out retail, e‑mobility and renewable‑energy projects in several regional markets. The Salzburg‑based distributor said on 13 April 2026 that sales exceeded the €40 billion mark for the first time (€40.7 billion, +42.1%) and that new and used car deliveries increased to more than 1.1 million vehicles.

Where Porsche is investing in CEE

Poland: Porsche’s OEM and retail units have been formalising a larger local footprint. Porsche AG announced on 31 July 2024 that a dedicated Porsche Polska subsidiary would start operations on 1 January 2025 to strengthen the brand and expand dealer formats in Poland. In parallel, Porsche Holding’s e‑mobility unit MOON POWER launched business in Poland early in 2025 as part of its wider European roll‑out.

Romania: Porsche and its Porsche Inter Auto retail arm have been increasing investments in Romania. Porsche AG and Porsche Inter Auto Romania began construction of a second Porsche Center near Cluj‑Napoca in June 2026 — a project the company values at €5 million with official opening planned for 2027. Porsche Holding also reported installing photovoltaic systems at multiple Romanian locations in 2024 (four systems of ~400 kWp and one of 220 kWp at five sites), part of a wider programme that added >3.5 MWp across several countries.

Balkans and South‑east: Porsche Holding operates wholesale, retail and financial services across Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Kosovo. The group has invested in modern sales and service facilities in the region in recent years; local operations in Bosnia reported rising activity after a new sales and service centre near Sarajevo and, according to local reporting, revenues for the Porsche BH entity exceeded BAM 336 million (≈€171.9m) in 2025.
